Our team of licensed barbers and stylists offers a wide range of hair and skin services.

Your journey begins with a consultation where we’ll chat about what you’re looking to do, your hair and/or skin history, problems you’ve encountered, and your lifestyle. We’ll guide you through every step from what to expect to aftercare. Our team will make recommendations using everything we’ve talked about, and together, we’ll formulate a plan to get you on your way. Virtual consultations are a great way to save some time and to become familiar with your stylist or barber.

When you arrive for your services you can turn your mind off and relax. Our team prides itself on taking care of the entire process so there’s nothing for you to do but enjoy and unwind.

Whether it’s in our private processing room or leaned back in a barber’s chair—we truly want you to have some time for yourself.

When we worked out the initial details for Hello Hair Co, sustainability of our staff was a top priority. Working with Freestylist Systems allowed us to offer a work space that wouldn’t beat up on those shoulders, necks, and upper backs. We kinda cheated because we had worked with them for the 10 years leading up to opening but still. 😉 Taking care of people is what we do. That and matching, apparently we’re good at matching fits. 🤣

WE GET IT. Coming to get your hair done should be a relaxing experience that you enjoy. Not one that adds stress to your life. Our policy is simple. If you need to cancel, for ANY reason, please let us know. There’s no charge or “fee”. We simply ask, in return, you respect our staff if they should ever have to move your appointment. In the event that you don’t show or your last minute cancellations start to pile up, we’ll reach out to chat individually. We will approach every situation with candor and kindness.

Here are a some fun facts about HHC co-owners Todd and Jen. •They met somewhere around 1998, while working in a restaurant together. If anyone has an actual year let us know. 😆 •Their first apartment was in Haverhill MA. •When Jen moved to Londonderry Todd said “I don’t think I can go out west.” He’s a seacoast kid at heart. 😐 •Todd finally braved the Oregon Trail to join Jen “out west.” 🐂 •They got married in St. Croix USVI in 2007. 🏝 •They have 3 kiddos. Marley, Gwendolyn, and Oliver. •Jen co-owned a salon prior to Hello for about 10 years. ✂️ •Todd owned a gym for that same 10 years. 🏋🏼‍♀️ •They decided to work directly together and the idea for Hello Hair Co was born mid-2019. 💛

How did barbering become part of Hello? Honestly, Jen asked a question and it happened. Here’s the quick version of the story. Todd and Jen were at a hair show in Boston. Throughout the evening, they met and spoke with a bunch of people. Many asked “Todd, do you do hair?” Todd didn’t do hair. He had joked about it, but it wasn’t even on his radar. On the drive home Jen asked, “What if you did do hair? What if you became a barber? What would it look like if we partnered and opened a salon with both beauty and barbering?” Todd, paused for a second then replied, “I don’t know. Let’s find out.” Hello Hair Co, Beauty and Barber was conceived. The rest is history.
