  • Do You Have A Cancellation Policy?

    Our cancellation policy is this: Please give us as much notice as possible. That said, we understand that life happens. There is no charge for cancellations, but repeat clients may lose booking access.

    Yes, we do! You can purchase them in person or through the link HERE.

    That’s great! We have clients who often see new or multiple people on our team. The “Co” in our name represents Collaborative.

  • Can I Bring My Kiddo With Me?

    Of course!

  • Should I Wash My Hair Before A Color Service?

    Washing your hair before a color service is recommended but not 100% necessary, so if you forget or run out of time, don’t worry, we got you!

  • Should I Wash My Hair After A Color Service?

    Sure! Following a service, your stylist or barber will go over aftercare with you to best maintain your look.

  • My Color Always Fades So Quickly. Is There Anything I Can Do To Help?

    Using professional shampoo and conditioner will certainly help. We do offer some take-home products that will also help.

  • What If I'm Running Late For My Appointment?

    We understand that life happens. If you’re running late, feel free to reach out to ensure your stylist or barber will have the time to complete your services.

  • Do You Have A Service Guarantee Policy?

    All service sales are final. That said, yes. We will do our best (in-house) to fix any part of your service that leaves you unsatisfied.

  • Do You Take Walk-Ins?

    If we have availability, we’re always happy to accommodate walk-ins. That said, we strongly encourage appointments.

  • What Payment Methods Do You Take?

    We accept all major credit cards, apple pay, checks, and cash. We do not accept Venmo, PayPal, or other apps.

  • What Color Line Do You Use?

    We use Hueverse by Evo. It’s a full-range ammonia-free system that you’re going to love. Reach out with any questions; Jen is on the Evo team and educates for the brand.

  • What Product Lines Do You Offer?

    We’re always exploring and playing around with new product lines. Currently, we use Evo, Hairstory, Innersense, and Cult + King.

  • Do You Sell Retail Products?

    Yes, we do. You can order products, and they will be delivered directly to your home. You can find links to all of your favorite products HERE.

  • What Is Your Return Policy On Products?

    You can return them directly to the company from which they were purchased. If you need help, let us know.

  • Is Your Staff Licensed?

    Yes, all staff is licensed.
