What If I’m Not Sure Which Service to Book?
If you’re not sure which service to book, schedule a consultation, and we’ll help you figure it out.
Your stylist or barber can talk through your goals, hair history, maintenance, budget, and what’s realistically possible before recommending the right service.
Do I Need A Credit Card To Book?
No. Hello Hair Co does not require a credit card to book an appointment.
Will I Get A Confirmation Call Or Text?
Yes. Forty-eight hours before your appointment, you’ll receive an email or text confirmation based on the communication preferences in your account.
What If I'm Running Late For My Appointment?
If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled if there isn’t enough time to complete it properly.
How Do I Cancel Or Reschedule My Appointment?
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, contact your stylist or barber directly, call the salon, or email us at hello@hellohairco.com.
Please give us as much notice as possible.

Hello Hair Co is located at 18 Orchard View Drive, Suite 3, in Londonderry, New Hampshire.
We’re in the same building as the Workout Club.
Can I Book With a Different Stylist or Barber?
Yes.
Clients are always welcome to book with a different stylist or barber at Hello Hair Co.
Our team works collaboratively, so you can choose the provider whose schedule, services, or expertise best fits your needs.
Can I Bring My Kids With Me?
Yes.
We just ask that children stay safe and occupied during your appointment. We have a sitting area where they can hang out.

Should I Wash My Hair Before A Color Service?
Yes, we generally recommend arriving with clean, dry hair for your color appointment.
You don’t need to wash it immediately before coming in, but excessive product buildup, dry shampoo, or oils can affect how we work with your hair.
If you forget or don’t have time, don’t worry—we’ve got you.
Should I Wash My Hair After A Color Service?
Your stylist will give you aftercare recommendations based on your color service, including when to wash your hair and which products will help maintain your color.
Following the recommended home care can help your color look its best between appointments.

Yes.
