  • Do You Have A Cancellation Policy?

    Our cancellation policy is this: Please give us as much notice as possible. That said, we understand that life happens. There is no charge for cancellations, but repeat clients may lose booking access.

  • Do You Sell Gift Cards?

    Yes, we do! You can purchase them in person or through the link HERE.

  • I Lost My Gift Card. Is There Anything I Can Do?

    Just reach out to us; our system stores GC info.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

  • Where Are You Located?

    You can find us at 18 Orchard View Drive in Londonderry, NH. We’re in the same building as the Workout Club, next to the AMC movie theatre.

  • Will I Get A Confirmation Call Or Text?

    Forty-eight hours before your appointment, you will receive an email or text confirmation based on your preferences in your account.

  • Do I Need A Credit Card To Book?

    You do not.

  • What If I Want To Try A New Barber Or Stylist?

    That’s great! We have clients who often see new or multiple people on our team. The “Co” in our name represents Collaborative.

  • Can I Bring My Kiddo With Me?

    Of course!

  • Should I Wash My Hair Before A Color Service?

    Washing your hair before a color service is recommended but not 100% necessary, so if you forget or run out of time, don’t worry, we got you!

  • Should I Wash My Hair After A Color Service?

    Sure! Following a service, your stylist or barber will go over aftercare with you to best maintain your look.

  • Do You Offer Lash Extensions?

    Not currently.

  • Do You Offer Makeup For Events?

    Yes.

    Yes.

    Chat with your hair pro for specific recommendations. They can provide some home after-care thoughts and suggest the right products for your hair.

  • What If I'm Running Late For My Appointment?

    We understand that life happens. If you’re running late, feel free to reach out to ensure your stylist or barber will have the time to complete your services.

  • Do You Have A Service Guarantee Policy?

    All service sales are final. That said, yes. We will do our best (in-house) to fix any part of your service that leaves you unsatisfied.

  • Do You Take Walk-Ins?

    If we have availability, we’re always happy to accommodate walk-ins. That said, we strongly encourage appointments.

  • What Payment Methods Do You Take?

    We accept all major credit cards, apple pay, checks, and cash. We do not accept Venmo, PayPal, or other apps.

  • What Color Line Do You Use?

    We use Hueverse by evo. It’s a full-range ammonia-free system that you’re going to love. Reach out with any questions; Jen is on the evo team and educates for the brand.

  • What Product Lines Do You Offer?

    We’re always exploring and playing around with new product lines. Currently, we use evo, äz, Surface, K18, and Living Proof.

  • Do You Sell Retail Products?

    Yes, we do. You can order products, and they will be delivered directly to your home. You can find links to all of your favorite products HERE.

  • What Is Your Return Policy On Products?

    You can return them directly to the company from which they were purchased. If you need help, let us know.

  • Is Your Staff Licensed?

    Yes, all staff is licensed.
